This site provides immunization information and resources from the National Immunization Program, the federal government's principal agency for immunization policy and recommendations. You will find a wide range of information on vaccine-preventable diseases, the benefits of immunization, and the risks of immunization vs. the risks of disease.

Asthma and Allergy Foundation of America www.aafa.org

The Asthma and Allergy Foundation of America (AAFA) is a patient organization dedicated to improving the quality of life for people with asthma and allergies through education, advocacy, and research.

American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry www.aacap.org

The American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry (AACAP) aims to aid in the understanding and treatment of developmental, behavioral, and mental disorders. The site includes information on child and adolescent psychiatry, fact sheets for parents and caregivers, and current research.

KidsMeds www.kidsmeds.org

U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission www.cpsc.gov

This site offers safety and injury prevention tips as well as recall notices on a wide range of consumer products. The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) is an independent federal regulatory agency whose mission is to protect the public against unreasonable risk of injury or death associated with consumer products.

Zero to Three www.zerotothree.org

This site focuses on the development of your child during the important first three years of life. Zero to Three is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to strengthen and support families, practitioners, and communities to promote the healthy development of babies and toddlers.

Bright Futures www.brightfutures.org

The Bright Futures site provides educational materials, tools related to health supervision, and developmental and general health guidelines for children and adolescents. Bright Futures is guided by the Health Resources and Services Administration’s Maternal and Child Health Bureau, with support from the Medicaid Bureau of the Health Care Financing Administration.
